It's almost December and that means it's time for all the Holiday festivities and Christmas cheer! 2020 has been a long year full of twists and turns for just about everyone. We are all in need of our spirits to be lifted and to celebrate the joy that the season of Thanksgiving and Christmas should bring to everyone's hearts!

Christian Care Ministry, which facilitates the Medi-Share program, reached a milestone in 2018 of serving its members for 25 years. CCM leadership and its Board of Directors wanted to celebrate the milestone and considered a number of possibilities. Traditionally, national organizations have hosted splashy 25th Anniversary dinners or events inviting dignitaries to commemorate the milestone. Christian Care Ministry went in a different direction.

Meet Jim Sparling! A husband, dad, business owner, and grateful Medi-Share member. Jim was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and walks through the struggles he's faced and how he has been impacted by the wonderful Medi-Share community through it all. His testimonial is a beautiful picture of how our God works through our brothers and sisters in Christ to bring support, love, and encouragement during our time of need. Christian Care Ministry (CCM) has some outstanding employees, and this week we were able to speak with Tonya Moore, one of our Contact Center leaders. As we prepare for our third annual Day of Sharing on October 3, we asked her a few questions about her volunteer experiences while at CCM.
