Surprise! Men and women are very different in quite a number of ways. For one thing, the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the LORD God fashioned woman from one of the man’s ribs (Genesis 2:7 and 2:20-23). We were different from the very point of creation folks!

Your health journey is going so well, and you feel great! Your sleep quality is improving, energy is rising, and your health is benefiting from all of the changes you’ve made! But as you look at the calendar, your heart sinks as you see a few upcoming events – holidays, birthday parties, and dinner outings. How will you ensure you stay on track with your health goals?

Everyone has an opinion these days, and thanks to social media you can shout it from the rooftops as fact or “your truth” whether it’s supported by evidence or not.

Anyone else feel convicted when you get your “screen time” report on your phone each week? What about TV? How much time in front of that screen do we get sucked into during the week?
