Who We Are

Christians Helping Christians with their Healthcare Burdens

Christian Care Ministry was founded in 1993 to provide an alternative approach to health insurance. Medi-Share was born as a healthcare sharing program that facilitaties the sharing of medical costs within the Christian community. This model was based on the example that we see in the early church in the book of Acts, where it says the believers were sharing as anyone had need (Acts 2:45). 

Now over 30 years later, the Medi-Share program serves over 300,000 members, and more than $9 billion dollars in medical bills have been shared and discounted by the membership. We invite you to join the team that makes this healthcare sharing approach possible!

Investing in You So That You Can Invest in Others

Our Hiring Process

Every stage of the hiring process is overseen by a member of the recruiting team. They will keep you informed of your status whether you're selected to proceed or not.

  1. Application Review

    Your resume and application are reviewed by a member of the recruiting team or a hiring manager to see if your experience and qualifications match the job requirements.

  2. Pre-Screening Call

    If you are selected to proceed, you will receive an email from a recruiter with a request to schedule a pre-screening phone call.

  3. Testing

    Several jobs utilize testing to evaluate candidate skills based on job requirements. Your recruiter will tell you if this is part of the process for the role(s) you applied for.

  4. Formal Interview

    The final step for most positions is a formal, face to face interview with the hiring manager and key leaders. Sometimes a second formal interview may be needed.

  5. Offer Letter

    If you're selected, your recruiter will reach out to you to discuss the details of an offer of employment.
