It's almost December and that means it's time for all the Holiday festivities and Christmas cheer! 2020 has been a long year full of twists and turns for just about everyone. We are all in need of our spirits to be lifted and to celebrate the joy that the season of Thanksgiving and Christmas should bring to everyone's hearts!

Christian Care Ministry, which facilitates the Medi-Share program, reached a milestone in 2018 of serving its members for 25 years. CCM leadership and its Board of Directors wanted to celebrate the milestone and considered a number of possibilities. Traditionally, national organizations have hosted splashy 25th Anniversary dinners or events inviting dignitaries to commemorate the milestone. Christian Care Ministry went in a different direction.

There are two things you never seem to have enough of - time and money. Working your 9-5 to earn an income and taking care of yourself and loved ones fill each day. Your “to-do” list always seems to grow, while your checking account balance shrinks.

Finding and selecting the best healthcare option is one of the most important decisions families, individuals, and businesses make each year. But many Americans are finding they have limited options in the state-based, federally-run health care marketplaces. In 2020, about 10% of enrollees (living in 25% of counties) had access to just one insurer in the marketplace.
