A hot, steamy meal in the winter is certainly welcome, but when summer rolls around the last thing anyone wants to do is stand over a hot stove or heat up the entire house with the oven. If you’ve been outside working in the yard or even playing in the hot sun or humidity – well, oven isn’t even in your vocabulary at that point.

You think you’re ready to buy a house. You’ve spent a lot of time looking at real estate listings online and you’ve figured out what you want in a new home. A fenced backyard, finished basement, or good school district might be on your wish list. Maybe you’re excited about tackling an HGTV-inspired kitchen or bathroom makeover.

It’s Throwback Thursday at our workplace, and employees have been posting their senior pictures while honoring all the 2020 graduates.

As I desperately await the arrival of the “normal” that seems far off, I’ve become a little stir crazy in my own home. I’ve knocked out all the obvious projects, and have found myself wasting more time lately. The novelty of this whole thing has passed, and it’s been a challenge not to view the rest of this time as something to just “get through.”
