Great question! Medi-Share terminology is unique to our healthcare sharing ministry. If you are used to traditional insurance we understand that the new lingo can be confusing at first. Let’s see if we can bring some clarity to the AHP for you.

Medi-Share is a Community of Believers It’s a healthcare sharing program where a community of believers voluntarily come together to share the cost of one another’s medical bills. Medi-Share members have been faithfully sharing each other's medical bills for more than 20 years, trusting the Lord to provide in their time of need through the voluntary gifts of other believers. Since 1993, more than $1.6 billion in healthcare costs have been saved through sharing or discounting.
