Work At Home Challenges

So many of us have a new “work at home” schedule these days. When you’re not getting up in the morning, getting yourself ready to be seen in public, walking into the office from the parking lot, running to meetings on the other side of the building, stopping on the way home to pick up groceries, etc., it is a challenge to feel pumped and feel endurance to face the day.

A less structured environment with easy access to the pantry, tying yourself to your computer more, and the stress of the current situation may cause us to move less and eat more.

With outside tension from the current world climate, in addition to the inside pressure of focusing on work with barking dogs, overseeing homeschoolers, and cabin fever, we need a new perspective so our stressors won’t dictate how we respond.

Allow us to offer some tried and true tips from our remote Medi-Share Health Coaches who can help you be intentional with healthy strategies for your personal well-being and to work at optimal capacity – even while working at home.

“Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will be established.” Proverbs 16:3
