Choose a preferred provider
It’s the easiest path — the smoothest billing and the lowest chance of any added cost to you. Compass Connect points you toward these providers when you search.
Handling surprise bills
It’s rare. If a provider bills you more than expected, work with a Member Advocate through Compass Connect for balanced bill support.
Your Current Card and Providers
Keep seeing your current providers until August 26, 2026. Start using your new Medi-Share ID card on that date and discard your old card.
