Health Incentive
The Health Incentive is a great way to be rewarded for living a healthy lifestyle by receiving a gym discount. To qualify, either the head of household or spouse must apply and meet the criteria.

Either the Head of Household or spouse must complete the steps below:
- Gather the required metrics: height, weight, abdominal circumference, and blood pressure
- Log in to the Member Center*
- From the Member Center > Additional Resources > Health Incentive Discount > Apply Now
*If approved, the Health Incentive must be re-applied for annually.

Upon completion of the application, a Health Incentive dashboard will notate which metric did not pass. If you did not pass due to a metric (or you made an error), you can reapply as early as 30 days when the application resets. In addition, Medi-Share offers a unique Biblical Wellness Program as a part of your membership.
