Emergency Room

- ER Visit Fee: $500*
- We work to negotiate discounts on your behalf.

- $50 Provider Fee*
- No limit for eligible procedures and admissions.

Maternity Care
- Access to board certified doctors and licensed midwives.
- Up to $125,000 eligible for sharing per pregnancy event including home births.
- Sharing in adoption costs.*
