Medi-Share’s NEW Provider Portal is now live and offered through Availity to enhance the provider experience. Through the provider portal, you can easily submit bills for processing and check Member Eligibility.

Please note that our EDI number (59355) has not changed and you can continue to submit electronically as you do today.

You can check Member Eligibility and Bill Status using our 24/7 automated phone system at (800) 264-2562 and press 3 for providers.

Christian Care Ministry (CCM), as the administrator of the Medi-Share healthcare sharing program, receives medical bills from its members, which are a request from the member to effectuate the sharing of said bills by other members within the Medi-Share program. Medi-Share is not insurance. Medi-Share does not receive “claims," is not a "payor" or "health plan," nor does it provide "coverage."

Medi-Share is a nonprofit health care sharing ministry of Christian Care Ministry, Inc ("CCM"). Medi-Share members voluntarily share each other's medical expenses in accordance with guidelines adopted by the members and administered by CCM.
