After you've made the decision that joining Medi-Share is right for your families health care needs, you can apply online or over the phone with your Medi-Share Representative.

Once you have met your £500 Annual Household Portion (the portion of bills that you are responsible for), 100% of your Eligible Medical Bills (that Medicare does not pay) will be shareable by your fellow Medi-Share members.

All options shown include eligible care for hospitalizations, emergency room, urgent and primary care visits, and FREE telemedicine consults. Discounts on prescriptions, dental, and vision needs are also included. See Guidelines for further details.
30% Co-Share - The portion of eligible medical bills (30%) a Member Household with the co-share option must pay after their AHP has been met until the maximum co-share responsibility of $10,000 has been met.
You may be eligible for a Health Incentive Discount if you meet certain health standards. You must apply for the Health Incentive and be approved by the last day of the month in order for the discount to be applied to the second month following your Health Incentive approval date.
Some health risks/conditions may require membership in our Health Partner Coaching program, which will add $99.00 to your Monthly Share.
The Health Incentive is not available for Senior Assist Members.
Medi-Share applicants pay a one-time, non-refundable $50 application fee.
New members pay a one-time $120 member fee with the first Monthly Share payment (does not apply to Senior Assist members).
There is also a one-time administrative fee of $2 for setting up the sharing account.
Annual Physicals for each member of the household are eligible for sharing for members who join or change AHP levels on or after September 1, 2020. Basic lab tests, limited to A1C and Lipid Panel, are also eligible for sharing if recommended as part of the annual physical.

Members on the 12,000 AHP can elect the Direct Primary Care (DPC) option where DPC membership fees (up to $1,800 per year) will be applied to the AHP and are eligible for sharing once the AHP has been met.
