Project Keep by Medi-Share inspires believers to pray for government leaders. Participants use a prayer calendar filled with Scripture and guidance to focus their daily intercessions with purpose.
Five years. That's how long believers across the country have joined together to lift up our nation's leaders in prayer. This year marks the 5th Anniversary of Project K.E.E.P (Keeping Elected Officials Encouraged through Prayer), and we have so much to celebrate.
What began as a simple, faith-filled idea has grown into a movement of prayer that spans the entire country. If you've been praying with us since the beginning, thank you. If this is your first time hearing about Project K.E.E.P, we're so glad you're here. There's never been a better moment to join in.
Hear firsthand how prayer supports and strengthens our lawmakers and elected officials:
Project K.E.E.P connects believers everywhere in prayer for the elected officials who serve our nation. As a ministry rooted in faith, Christian Care Ministry recognizes the power of prayer to make a real difference in the lives of those who lead.
Through monthly prayer calendars, participants are guided in praying by name for state and federal leaders. Each month, we ask God to grant these officials:
We also pray for their families and, most importantly, for their relationship with Christ. It's a beautiful reminder that behind every title and office is a person who needs God's grace, just like the rest of us.
Over the years, something remarkable has happened. Many elected officials have shared how deeply meaningful it is to know that people are faithfully lifting them up in prayer.
Their testimonies remind us that prayer is not a small thing. It reaches into offices and homes, offering encouragement to those who often carry heavy burdens quietly. When a leader learns that strangers across the country are praying for them by name, it touches the heart in ways words alone cannot.
These stories are a powerful reminder: our prayers matter, and they truly make a difference.
As we celebrate five years of faithful prayer, we also look ahead to the elections on the horizon. This is a season when our nation's attention turns to those who wish to serve in public office, and it's a wonderful opportunity to put our faith into action.
Praying for political candidates is one of the most meaningful ways we can engage as believers. No matter where you stand or who you support, we're all called to seek God's guidance for those who may soon lead. Consider praying that candidates would walk in humility, seek truth, and lead with hearts open to God's direction.
Scripture encourages us to pray for those in authority. In 1 Timothy 2:1-2, Paul urges us to offer "petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people, for kings and all those in authority." Faith-driven civic engagement starts on our knees, trusting God with the outcome long before any ballot is cast.
