In Person Doctor's Visit

  • Choose your doctor and schedule your appointment.
  • Show your Medi-Share card and pay $35 Provider Fee.*
  • Receive the care you need and let us take care of the rest.
  • We negotiate discounts and faclitate direct payment to Providers.

How Medi-Share Works For You

Emergency Room

Emergency Room

  • Call 911.
  • ER Visit Fee: $200*
  • We work to negotiate discounts on your behalf.
  • We facilitate direct payment of medical bills to Providers.

  • No limit for eligible procedures and admissions.
  • Receive the care and treatment you need.

Medi-Share members voluntarily share each other’s medical expenses in accordance with guidelines adopted by the members and administered by CCM. Medi-Share is not insurance and is not regulated as insurance. Neither CCM nor any Medi-Share member assume any legal obligation to share in the payment of any medical expense incurred by another Medi-Share member. Medi-Share members are exempt from the individual mandate in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. See 26 U.S.C. §5000A(d)(2)(B). Certain states expressly exempt from insurance regulation health care sharing ministries that, among other things, post a specific notice.
